New Avon was acquired by LG Household & Health Care
The South Korean company LG Household & Health Care took over the Avon America division just over a year ago. Due to numerous changes, the company is apparently back in recruitment mode and has been able to record 100,000 new registrations since the beginning of February 2020.
Distributors were sold for $ 125 million
In December 2015, the investment company Cerberus Capital Management acquired Avon's American sales division, which has since been known as New Avon.
