Christine quickly made a career in her profession. A lot of work was not a problem for her and she always enjoyed the work itself.
But when she calculated her hourly wage, that is, compared the hours actually worked with the actual wages, it was clear to Christine: "It can't go on like this!"
In addition, there was the lack of recognition, which was only given to her after she had already written the resignation. Here, however, a credo manifested itself, which should accompany her in her life: "Show people appreciation as long as they are there, not when they want to leave!"
