Reliv founders Sandy & Robert Montgomery
Network marketing company Reliv International Inc. announced a reverse stock split transaction at the end of October 2020 and announced at the same time that the company was planning to delist from Nasdaq. In fiscal 2019, Reliv had sales of approximately $ 34 million.
Persistent decline in sales since 2010
Reliv International Inc., based in Chesterfield, USA, was founded in 1988 by Sandy and Robert L. Montgomery and sells nutritional supplements and a range of RLV hemp extracts in around 13 countries.
However, sales have been declining continuously since 2010, which is why the management has probably also decided to delist from the stock exchange for reasons of transparency.
