(Please refer <a href=\"http:\/\/mlmrecht.de\/2018\/02\/22\/ebay-verkaufsverbot-von-forever-living-products-rechtmasig\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">items<\/a>\u00a0from February 22, 2018)<\/p>\n<p>The Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg (judgment of 22.03.2018 - 3 U 250\/16) has now confirmed our legal view and rejected the defendant&#039;s appeal.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Court of Appeal also considers the eBay sale ban by Forever Living Products to be lawful and confirms that the platform ban takes place within the framework of an admissible and selective distribution system and that there is no violation of Article 101 AUEV.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <a class=\"echo_read_more\" href=\"http:\/\/mlmrecht.de\/2018\/10\/31\/olg-hamburg-bestaetigt-rechtmaessigkeit-ebay-kaufverbot-forever-living-products\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&nbsp;&quot; Read more<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We recently reported that the Hamburg District Court (judgment of November 4th, 2016 \u2013 315 O 396\/15) had decided that the eBay sales ban of Forever Living Products in a legal dispute represented by our law firm is lawful and, in particular, not in violation of antitrust law.
