Network marketing company Reliv International Inc. announced a reverse stock split transaction at the end of October 2020 and announced at the same time that the company was planning to delist from Nasdaq. In fiscal 2019, Reliv had sales of approximately $ 34 million.<\/p>\n

Reliv International Inc., based in Chesterfield, USA, was founded in 1988 by Sandy and Robert L. Montgomery and sells nutritional supplements and a range of RLV hemp extracts in around 13 countries.
