Accordingly, the bond volume is EUR 125 million with an interest rate of 725 basis points above Euribor. The term is 4 years.<\/p>\n<p>\nAccording to the accompanying bank Pareto, the issue was oversubscribed and went to a total of 75 investors. The capital raised is mainly used to repay bank debts in the amount of 85 million euros; a further 35 million euros are used to repay shareholder loans.
