The US network marketing company Youngevity International has officially announced that its company's securities have been delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.

This decision was made due to the Company's failure to comply with the filing requirements set out in Nasdaq Regulation 5250 (c) (1) as it had its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 and Forms 10-Q for the Period up to March 31, 2020 and June 30, 2020.

The suspension of trading in the company's securities came into effect on November 20, 2020. However, the ordinary and preference shares of the series D have been entitled to trade on the OTC market system since then.
