The Colorado-based network marketing company NewAge has announced its sales figures for the second quarter of 2020: total net sales of 62.6 million US dollars were achieved. This excludes the proceeds from the recently announced acquisition of ARIIX and four other e-commerce direct selling companies, which is expected to more than double the size of the company and significantly improve profitability. The upcoming merger is expected to close in the third quarter of this year.
Brent Willis, NewAge Chief Executive Officer, commented, “We are pleased with the way the company is holding up in the current business environment, especially when compared to most of the peer group companies.
