In a Facebook message on June 16, 2020, network marketing company Ringana, founded in 1996 by Andreas Wilfinger and Ulla Wannemacher, announced that Rob Lord would be the new UK Country Manager with immediate effect. Lord replaces Julie Sullivan, who only took up this position in August 2017.

From 2018 to 2020, Rob Lord was General Manager, Northern Europe, for Synergy Worldwide, a subsidiary of Nature's Sunshine, where he was responsible for the UK, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland markets.
Previously, he served as Synergy General Manager for five years from 2013 to 2018,
