With judgment of 03.03.2016, Az: 408 HKO 3/16, the district court of Hamburg confirmed a previously issued injunction, which our law firm obtained for a client against a large German direct sales company.
This company was prohibited from advertising as follows:
"Twelve times we have been selected by the Vienna University of Economics and Business in the" TOP 100 "and thus the 100 most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany *.", Without pointing out that this is a fee-based selection process,
and
"Our current Chairman of the Supervisory Board and founder Mr. XX was already appointed to the European Economic Senate in 2005."
