LG and KG Berlin decide on a competition violation
In its judgment of December 18, 2018, the LG Berlin (16 O 49/18) decided that an unannounced visit by a representative to a consumer's private apartment to make an offer constituted an unreasonable nuisance and thus a violation of competition law. We give you an overview of the two judgments and answer the question: Is an unannounced doorstep visit a competition violation?
