Structured sales (alternatively also known as network operations, network marketing or multi-level marketing) is a hierarchically structured direct sales. It is a multi-level network through which products and services are sold.
The sellers always try to expand their group of buyers. The aim of the seller is to gain new sales partners (employees) in addition to winning new customers and selling products. These are then trained by their recruiter and supervised in their practical work. If your recruited employee sells products or services, they receive a commission (differential commission). With this system there is always an incentive to enlarge the employee structure.
