Unjustified allegations of fraud in Bitclub recruiting

In a sensational process before the Hamburg Regional Court (Az .: 307 O 317/19), Mr. Thomas Kaysh had sued Mr. Jörg Wittke and another person (hereinafter referred to as "A") for damages. His accusation: Wittke and A had recruited him for the Bitclub and caused him financial damage with false information and incorrect advice.
