Unjustified allegations of fraud in Bitclub recruiting
In a sensational process before the Hamburg Regional Court (Az .: 307 O 317/19), Mr. Thomas Kaysh had sued Mr. Jörg Wittke and another person (hereinafter referred to as "A") for damages. His accusation: Wittke and A had recruited him for the Bitclub and caused him financial damage with false information and incorrect advice.
The court saw the claims as not given. First of all, damage was already in question, as Mr. Kaysh had repeatedly made distributions from his Bitclub account, which gave him almost a complete return on investment. The thesis advocated by Mr Kaysh,
