The currently rapidly expanding direct sales company and CBD pioneer Natura Vitalis from Essen has been banned from placing all current CBD-containing dietary supplements on the market by an authority in Germany. The company is surprised by this ban, as it has been comprehensively demonstrated to this authority over the past two years and has also proven that all high-quality and natural hemp-containing dietary supplement products are of course legally marketable and permissible.
In particular, CBD products are not "new" foods / food ingredients in the sense of the Novel Food Regulation (novel food: all foods that were not or were not consumed in the EU to a significant extent before May 15, 1997).
